1. Who we are
tvkcovai.com is the website of the TVK Coimbatore District Committee (Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam, Coimbatore District). The site is built and maintained by Digital and Design Solutions. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the district committee and its website team. For any privacy question, write to sampath@tvkcovai.com.
2. Information you give us
- Join TVK form: your name, phone number, date of birth, gender, address, constituency and booth, and if you choose to share them, your email, profession, volunteering interests and why you want to join.
- Enquiry / Complaints form: your name, phone number, the type and subject of your message and the message itself, and if you choose to share them, your email and constituency.
- With every form we also record the language you used, the page you sent it from and your browser type. This helps us handle your request and prevent misuse.
We use this information only to process your membership, reply to your enquiry or complaint, and contact you about TVK Coimbatore work you asked to be part of. Form entries are stored in Google Sheets (a Google service) and are seen only by the people who handle membership and enquiries.
3. Information collected automatically
- Visitor statistics: we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
- Language setting: your English or Tamil choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
- Hosting: like every website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages and keep the site secure.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

7. How long we keep it
We keep form entries only as long as they are needed for the purpose you gave them for, or as long as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you gave us, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance. Email your request to sampath@tvkcovai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Children
This site is not meant for children. If you are under 18, please do not submit our forms.

- ஒவ்வொரு படிவத்துடனும் நீங்கள் பயன்படுத்திய மொழி, படிவம் அனுப்பப்பட்ட பக்கம், உங்கள் உலாவியின் வகை ஆகியவையும் பதிவாகும். இவை உங்கள் கோரிக்கையைக் கையாளவும் தவறான பயன்பாட்டைத் தடுக்கவும் உதவுகின்றன.
